week 1
i first started my magazine front cover of by putting a back back ground on. i did this because i knew it would look better with the white and red. it gives my magazine a sense of depth and black has the connotation of bad. therefor the audience will presume its about a subject quiet important. i then began to add my cell lines i thought i would pick some that would really intrigue my target audience and draw them in more so they would buy my magazine. i used a lot of questions to get the audience to really think about it. i then started to add some red on the number this is because my headline and main cell-line where going to be red so i had to ink it together so the colours compliment each other.
week 2
i then added my headline i had to change the way it looked by going on effects and changing the lines around it so that it stands out more. i also used bevel emboss to make it have a more 3D effect i added perfection at the top in a font i downloaded because it fit really well with the magazine.
week 3
after i did all of that i then decided to to the main cell line at the bottom but to make it stand out i made the 'i' a different colour but it still fits in well due to the colour of the other cell lines. i added the bar code and the price i wanted it to be noticeable but not to noticeable so i put it on the right hand side so its not the first thing they see because thye tend to read from left to right. i added the picture of my model and put it in the center and made sure i didn't stretch it so she looked the right proportion.
This is my final product
